Overview
Websoft strives to ensure our customers receive exceptional assistance and fair return services. To guarantee satisfaction with purchased products, we provide a 30-day warranty for replacement purposes only.
We offer technical support for software installation. Refunds are applicable only if our support technicians are unable to install the software.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If you no longer want the product after downloading or redeeming the code.
- In cases where the item doesn't meet your expectations or if you've purchased an incorrect version. We advise checking product installation requirements before making a purchase.
- Simply changing your mind or making a mistaken purchase.
- Insufficient expertise to utilize the item effectively.
- Failure to provide substantial information to support your refund claim.
For electronically delivered products, such as downloadable software, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We acknowledge that software installations might pose challenges.

According to SECTION 16 of our TERMS & CONDITIONS, Websoftbuy and its affiliates, including directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors, are not liable for any kind of damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or any similar damages, whether due to contract, negligence, or otherwise.
As a result, refunds will not be issued for data loss, compatibility issues, or any other problems encountered.
Legal terms regarding software usage
The software is licensed by Microsoft, not sold, and Microsoft retains all rights to the software not explicitly granted. You are not permitted to:
- Circumvent or evade any technological protection measures related to the software or Services.
- Break down, decode, decrypt, or reverse engineer any software or Services unless expressly allowed by copyright law.
- Divide software components for use on different devices.
- Reproduce, rent, lease, sell, export, import, distribute, or lend the software or Services without explicit authorization from Microsoft.
- Transfer the software, software licenses, or any rights to access or use the Services.
- Use the Services in an unauthorized manner that could disrupt others' use or gain unauthorized access to services, data, accounts, or networks.
- Enable access to the Services or modify authorized Microsoft devices (such as Xbox One, Xbox 360, Microsoft Surface, etc.) with unauthorized third-party applications.
Refunds (if eligible)
Upon approval, your refund will be initiated and credited back to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount in applicable refund cases.
Late or Missing Refunds (if eligible)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account for any credited amount.
- Contact your credit card company as there might be a delay in the posting of the refund.
- Additionally, reach out to your bank, as refunds may undergo processing time before appearing.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
